Adoption from overseas (Intercountry Adoption)

Cumbria Adoption does not undertake assessments for overseas adoption.

We have commissioned a specialist provider Coram IAC to carry out this work on our behalf, as this will ensure an efficient and informed response in this complex area.

They have their own social workers, who will prepare and assess prospective adopters, and there is a charge for this service.
